**Summary:**
Meta Reality Lab's mission is to help people feel connected, anytime, anywhere. As our game creation platforms evolve to become AI-native, we need skilled game makers who can champion the experience of external creators building on Meta's tools. As a 3D Artist β Prototyping & AI Production, you'll be working hands-on in Meta's emerging creation platforms, exploring game-making flows, identifying what works and what doesn't, and shaping the future of AI-accelerated game production. You'll hold both art vision and design vision, shipping best-practice reference content whilst providing clear, actionable feedback that drives platform improvements. If you're excited about defining what AI-native game making looks like in practice β and advocating for the creators who'll use these tools at scale β this is the place for you.
