Responsible for ensuring timely and accurate underwriting of medical and non-medical cases and response to Generic Mailbox in support of Corporate Solutions’ goals and vision.

• Handling email queries from Underwriting Generic Mailbox
• Check and register incoming underwriting documents
• Assignment of underwriting cases to the underwriters
• Preparation of underwriting letters for dispatch to clients/intermediaries and imaging system
• Follow-up with clinics for medical reports and release of reports to members
• Assist in data collection / analysisTimely underwrite non-medical and medical cases and providerecommendations under supervision from senior underwriter
• Timely issuance of underwriting letters after assessment
• Ad hoc tasks/administrative tasks assigned by UW team
• Ad hoc projects assigned by UW team
