Job Description

This highly regarded international law firm that is looking to appoint a Commercial Lawyer to join its innovative Helix team. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and experienced solicitor to work in new and modern ways, with a strong focus on commercial contracts, technology, and outsourcing work.

The role will involve supporting a dedicated client and delivering a broad range of commercial legal services, including:

  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts, technology agreements, supplier arrangements, and outsourcing documents
  • Advising on IP, data, and operational issues arising from the client’s business activities
  • Working closely with the client’s in‑house legal function as part of a single‑client service model
  • Assisting with development of contract templates, best‑practice materials, and legal process improvements
