This full-time 2nd shift Lab Technician role focuses on performing routine and advanced laboratory testing to support food manufacturing quality and safety. You will conduct analytical tests, monitor process controls, and ensure products meet strict quality standards while working closely with operations and quality teams in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities
+ Perform laboratory tests such as fat, salt, acid, pH, viscosity, moisture, and related analyses on food products.
+ Test, monitor, and accurately document quality results and processing data for all products produced.
+ Audit and verify process controls, including weight checks, batch sheet inspections, and receiving inspections, and follow up on any issues identified.
