Programme Director

The Programme Director will lead the design, delivery, and integration of three national-level cybersecurity programmes—CyberCall, CyberBoost, and CyberGrowth—under the CyberSG TIG Collaboration Centre. This role is responsible for programme outcomes, operational execution, team leadership, and strategic alignment with CSA and TIG governance. The Director will ensure a cohesive pipeline from innovation to venture scaling to internationalisation, while building a visible and credible presence for the Centre across ecosystem stakeholders.

• Own and lead the CyberCall programme to identify demand‑led innovation opportunities, formulate challenge statements, manage open calls, and support solution adoption by end users.
