The Opportunity:

• PLA Instructional Coaches (IC) are passionate and devoted leaders who bring creativity and rigor to our classrooms by providing support to our educators.


• As an instructional coach, you will be responsible for supporting the improvement of classroom instruction across the campus.
• The IC will work with our educators to provide individual coaching, will support teachers in utilizing data to drive instruction, and is responsible for identifying and coordinating the needed professional development to support the success of our staff.  PLA leaders strongly believe in every scholar’s ability to succeed, and they work tirelessly to create a school experience that fosters success.
