Responsibilities: Under the supervision of the Residential Services Coordinator, Adult Mental Health Services assists in the personal care and treatment of individuals with severe and persistent mental illness residing in a residential setting or supported independent living setting. Candidate is responsible for implementation of skill acquisition, understand the stages of change and substance use disorders as it relates to each individual’s plan of service, with a goal of assisting individuals to be as independent as possible. Acts as a resource and referral for residents to meet their needs.
