Personnel to be deployed at the following hours:

• Mondays to Thursdays: 7:00am to 4:30pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break
• Fridays: 7:00am to 4:00pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break
• Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays

• At least 2 years of experience in providing similar services (operational and administrative)
• Knows how to use Microsoft Word
• Knows how to operate an office printing machine/copier
• Ability to communicate and work in teams
• Experience in handling customer service matters
