Purpose of Job

The Educational Assistant (EA) supports teachers and students by helping to create a caring and safe environment for students and assisting in activities to improve the overall quality of education. EAs must be able to communicate, listen, and work well with others in a team environment. EAs must be able to assist in implementing a quality educational program and develop positive relationships with students.
