Maintenance Group Leader

As the Maintenance Group Leader, you are responsible for operations, maintenance, and repair of plant equipment. You may lead all aspects of a medium‑sized group of employees in a skilled area of work that requires making decisions based on established procedure. The work is of a technical nature using independent judgment within the limits of the Global Manufacturing System (GMS) and focuses on Safety, People, Quality, Responsiveness, Cost, and Environment (SPQRCE).

Work Arrangement

This role is Onsite. The successful candidate is expected to report to Oshawa Assembly Plant five times per week unless otherwise directed by the business.
