POSITION DETAILS: 

The Department of Teaching Credentials believes it is critical that educators are prepared within an anti-racist framework and prepared to teach with an understanding of the communities within which they teach. The department is committed to advancing the to antiracism and inclusion. We prepare future PK-3 ECE Instruction Specialist, Elementary, Secondary, and Education Specialists (formerly Special Education) teachers. As an anchor institution within the diverse Sacramento region, we prepare teachers and leaders to be agents of change, committed to social justice, equity, and inclusion in culturally and linguistically diverse schools and communities.
