Term‑Specific Inclusive Education District Counsellor (Itinerant) – supported by the Fraser Cascade School District to improve student learning and well‑being.

Responsibilities

Provide mental health supports to students across the district, including those attending school and working remotely.

Offer support to students and families at school, home, off‑site locations, and on reserve.

Work flexible hours—including after school and evenings—to meet student and family needs, prioritising elementary students.

Collaborate with the Inclusive Education Department to support priority students.

Coordinate referrals to the ICY Team and other agencies.

Support and supervise District Child & Youth Care Workers.

Deliver direct counselling and support to students and families.

Lead staff in mental health matters and advocate for students and parents.
