The ENP Technologist will be responsible primarily for performing EEG procedures. The successful applicant will be involved with the provision of a comprehensive multi-disciplinary service, whereby the operation and maintenance of various neuroelectrophysiology equipment is done independently for the purpose of obtaining various diagnostic neuro-physiological results from patients who have been referred from the various disciplines. The technologist will oversee the day-to-day activities of entry level technologists and DNP students and will provide instruction, evaluations and supervision to DNP students. The technologist will also participate in the establishment of protocol and procedures, normal baselines, policies, equipment parameters, recording techniques, and filing systems for DNP department and will provide orientation and demonstrate equipment and procedures to hospital personnel.
