Salary: up to $2500 + PF

Location: Ang Mo Kio

Working Hours: Mon – Fri, 8:30am – 6pm

Period: 2 years contract, renewable and convertible based on performance

• HR Administration
  • Administer screening and onboarding of new hires
  • Maintain employees records
  • Request registration of biometric access for employees
  • Collate and reconcile forms of employees (new join and exit employment)
  • Prepare half‑yearly review reports and collate data as required by team lead or manager
• Expense Tracking
  • Monitor trending of common expenses such as printing usage, stationery, utilities, etc.
• Operations Management
  • Support procurement & purchases in the absence of the executive handling the role
  • Assist centers in acquisition of assets, materials and services
