**Job Title: 1st Shift Welder**
**Job Description**
This role involves performing basic MIG and TIG welding on stainless steel and aluminum in a clean, production-based fabrication environment. You will prepare and weld thin metals according to simple drawings and measurements, inspect your own work for quality and fit, and support custom HVAC and sheet metal assemblies. The position includes hands-on training, opportunities to gain additional certifications, and close collaboration with assemblers and fabricators on the production floor.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform basic MIG and TIG welding on stainless steel and aluminum after completing on-the-job training.
+ Prepare joints by cleaning, fitting, and aligning materials according to simple drawings and measurements.
+ Use tape measures, hand tools, and other measurement devices to ensure parts meet specifications.
