**Job Title: Shift Welder**
**Job Description**
This role focuses on welding and repairing large rotors using MIG and TIG processes while interpreting blueprints, specifications, diagrams, and schematics to determine the appropriate welding approach. You will work from pre-established guidelines and routings, follow all safety procedures, and contribute to high-quality rotor repair and finishing work in a structured production environment.

**Responsibilities**

+ Weld and repair various large rotors using appropriate welding processes based on job requirements.
+ Interpret blueprints, specifications, diagrams, and schematics to determine the correct welding method and sequence.
+ Follow pre-established guidelines and routings to perform all job functions accurately and efficiently.
