+ Provide leadership and supervision to assembly technicians.
+ Provide hands-on technical support and troubleshooting in monitoring and diagnosing equipment problems.

+ Assist in equipment failure analysis evaluations.
+ Travel to customers site to supervise and execute field service jobs.
