Now Hiring: Machine Operator 

 FAIRFIELD | $20–$25/hour | 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday–Friday

Key Responsibilities

Operate and monitor folder machines safely and efficiently

Perform full machine setup, adjustments, and changeovers

Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues during production

Inspect products for quality and accuracy

Package finished boxes for shipment

Assist with cleaning and routine machine maintenance

Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized workspace

Required Qualifications

Previous folder machine operation experience is REQUIRED

Prior machine setup and changeover experience is REQUIRED

Stable and consistent work history (no job hoppers — extensive training is provided)

Manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred

Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a team environment
