**Job Title: Facilities Maintenance Technician**

**Job Description**

This role provides facilities-related mechanical, utility, and mission-critical infrastructure services for a complex biotech manufacturing, distribution, R&D, and data center site. The Facilities Maintenance Technician installs, repairs, troubleshoots, and maintains equipment and facility systems, supports GMP documentation, responds to critical alarms, and helps ensure reliable operation of building, utility, and IT support systems. The position also supports the development of procedures, participates in audits, and mentors less experienced team members to maintain a safe, compliant, and highly reliable environment.

**Essential Skills**

+ At least 6–8 years of related facilities or utilities maintenance experience, including a minimum of 3 years in a GMP-regulated biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or life sciences manufacturing environment.
