**Description:** This role reports into 1LMX Program Management within Enterprise Operations. The chosen individual will be responsible for providing Program Management of portfolios/products within 1LMX.
Responsible for managing across the enterprise and Business Areas to ensure solutions to meet business need, while managing the overall cost and schedule of the 1LMX product.
The chosen individual will be expected to work closely with IT service owners, Functional business partners, executive leadership, and business stakeholders to ensure 1LMX key transformation capabilities, delivery timelines, and service impacts are understood and aligned with business needs, as well as defined budget targets.
Establishes milestones and monitors adherence to master plans and schedules, identifies program problems and obtains solutions, such as allocation of resources or changing contractual specifications.
