Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for training baristas under Secret Recipe group.
  • Skillful with coffee machine and its calibration.
  • Establishing new beverage recipes.
  • Establish and record approved standard processes and procedures (SOP) for new and current beverages.
  • Responsible to implement quality and sensory evaluation.
  • Assist in implementation all new SKUs, improvements or cost saving activities.
  • Assist and involved in troubleshooting, brainstorming and contributing expertise throughout the R&D process.
  • Keep updated of current beverage trends and technology.
  • Ensure compliance of R&D activities according to company SOP, food safety standards and Halal requirements.
