Location: Rochdale, Greater Manchester
Role: 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant
Start Date: ASAP
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 3:30pm
Contract: Full-time, Term Time Only
Pay: £90-£110 per day (depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 support to the pupil during the school day
• Assist with classwork and learning activities as directed by the teacher
• Support communication, social development, and emotional regulation
• Help with transitions and ensure a structured daily routine
• Provide personal care support when necessary
• Follow and implement strategies developed by the class teacher and SENCO
• Monitor the pupil's progress and offer feedback to the teaching team
