We’re working with a welcoming secondary school that’s looking for 1:1 SEND Teaching Assistants who can confidently support pupils across Years 7 to 11. You’ll be helping students with a range of additional needs, from autism and ADHD to social, emotional, and mental health needs. No two days look the same, but that’s what makes it rewarding.
What you’ll be doing
Providing steady, personalised 1:1 support that helps students feel confident and included
Helping young people access their lessons and make progress across the curriculum
Working closely with teachers and SEND staff to tailor strategies and routines
