Key Responsibilities

+ Sourcing & Outreach: Actively identify candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, networking events, and passive candidate engagement.

+ Screening & Vetting: Conduct initial interviews to assess qualifications, clinical competency, and cultural fit.

+ Compliance & Credentialing: Verify medical licenses, degrees, certifications, and past references to meet strict industry standards.

+ Placement & Onboarding: Coordinate interviews, negotiate salaries or contracts, and guide candidates through the onboarding process.

+ Relationship Management: Build long-term talent pipelines and maintain ongoing communication with both hiring managers and placed professionals
