Job Description
Location: City Hall
Duration: 1 year contract
Working Hours: Mon - Fri, 8:30 - 5:30
Salary: Up to $3000
Job Responsibilities- Account Receivable (Bank / Merchant Statements and Invoices)
- Monthly merchant bank reconciliation
- Daily and monthly sales reconciliation (System and QB)
- Daily and monthly inventory reconciliation (Physical and QB)
- E-Payment updates / checking (in System)
- Perform any ad-hoc duties deemed appropriate by Accounts Manager
- Minimum Diploma in Accountancy
- Experience with processing of banking transactions a plus point
- Knowledge and experience in QuickBooks a plus point
- Able to start work immediately
