Any 4 year course related to Engineering courses or Vocational Training.

Minimum of 1 year work related experience.

Must be knowledgeable in Electrical, Carpentry, Plumbing and Air conditioning equipment and systems.

Must be keen on details, dependable with value for high work ethics and customer service.

Dynamic, result-oriented and can work with minimal supervision.

Hardworking and honest.

Willing to assign at Baguio City.

Duties and Accountabilities

Regular inspection of building facilities that include generators, transformers, A/C systems, Exhaust systems, fire alarm systems, pump monitor, lighting systems, etc.

Attend all repairs immediately.

Implement preventive maintenance on all equipment's.

Supervision of building electrical wirings, cablings and lighting facilities.

Supervise building works including tenant renovations; verify if all works conform to the approved plans.
