**What You’ll Be Doing**

+ Monitors and operates plant equipment to maintain safe, efficient, and continuous plant operations.
+ Makes adjustments to control systems to optimize performance.
+ Conducts rounds to check conditions of plant equipment and records operational data on log sheets.
+ Investigates changes in instrument readings and equipment operation.
+ Recognizes and mitigates operating difficulties to minimize plant downtime.
