**What You'll Be Doing**

+ Assemble, maintain, and repair mill production equipment to ensure safe and efficient operations
+ Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on mechanical systems
+ Diagnose equipment issues and complete timely repairs to minimize downtime
+ Follow all safety procedures and report hazards or incidents promptly
+ Collaborate with team members to support continuous improvement in plant performance
