**What You’ll Be Doing**

+ Support safe and efficient operations across aggregate plant activities.
+ Operate basic equipment and tools to assist with material production.
+ Perform routine cleaning, maintenance, and housekeeping of work areas.
+ Monitor product quality and report issues promptly.
+ Follow all safety guidelines and contribute to a positive team environment.
