Job Description
Role: Quantity Surveyor (Contract Administration)
- Working Days: 5 Days A Week (Monday – Friday), 8.30am to 5.30pm
- Office at (City Hall)
- Salary: $3900 to $4500
- Bachelor's Degree in Contract Administration / Quantity Surveyor
- 5 years and above in related scope or field
- Prepare purchase orders and ensure the compliance of all terms and conditions including contract conditions
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers on contract matters
- Assist in dispute resolution and cost control
- Check and prepare Purchase Orders and its relevant documents and to oversee contract adherence.
- Negotiations for any scopes prior to the award focusing on contract terms.
- Address contractual matters to management and project team.
