**Summary**

The IT Solution Assistant is primarily responsible for attending to all IT technical problems reported on the factory floor to sustain production continuity. The incumbent may also attend to the offices and other areas from time to time. Other responsibilities include installing and configuring PCs, maintaining and upgrading clients, applications & operating system, analyze, develop, document and communicate business requirements, and work with various IT teams to develop and deliver solutions. Participate in IT projects.
