**What You'll Be Doing**

+ Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on crushers, conveyors, screens, and other quarry plant equipment
+ Troubleshoot mechanical issues to minimize downtime and maintain production efficiency
+ Inspect equipment and identify wear, damage, or safety concerns
+ Fabricate, weld, and replace components as needed to support plant operations
+ Follow all safety procedures while contributing to a proactive safety culture
