Responsibilities: You will develop and advise team both in scale and skill to deliver according to the agreed business and delivery strategies. You will define, develop and drive execution of global standard methodologies and processes in covering IP/MPBN, IP/MPLS, C/E RAN, Optical/DWDM, Fronthaul, Microwave and RAN Transport. This will cover Solutioning, HLD and LLD including dimensioning as well as troubleshooting post implementation.

Drive E2E from TX Network Design related activities, incl. but not limited to: Initial system design and dimensioning, System dimensioning for coverage and capacity including traffic E2E backhaul analysis, Coverage sites backhaul planning, site identification, evaluation, NW planning, interference analysis and optimization using MW Planning tool(s).
