What you will do ! Define and Issue Guidelines for Dimensioning and Capacity Plan IN consultation with Technical Solutions Lead team in delivering IN Network Operations and Design review services. Monitoring of Network Performance to remain within set KPIs and Utilization. Give technical support to Sales, Marketing, Project managers, O&M and the Customer Participate in customer projects, handling scope, risks, changes and Customer expectations Identify new business opportunities Responsible for SLA consistency with interface departments and customer.
