Participate in buy-side and sell-side transaction advisory engagements. Develop operational insights utilizing data & analytics in order analyze the drivers of profitability and evaluate key risks and opportunities of a company. Analyzing in depth financial information (trial balances, income statements, balance sheets and cash flows).

Preparation of data books in accordance with firm and professional standards and in accordance with the requirements of the project. Identification of key issues and carrying out the relevant financial analysis. Requirements Qualifications: CA / MBA / CFA / Master / PGDM in Finance or Accounting.

Experience: The candidate must have 0 to 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role in a professional services firm. Passionate about Deal advisory with a strong aptitude to learn continuously from experience and to seek out development opportunities.
